Hi All and Welcome!
Happy Halloween and welcome to the Bombshell's Hump Day Blog Hop! It's a hop with a twist - create a "Black and White" Halloween project. "Black & White Halloween" can be very elegant or very creepy. If you wish, you can use one additional color, other than skin or hair tones. You can only use one additional color besides black and white.
Say hello to the Bombshell of Frankenstein (she's from the Halloween Costume digi stamp set for Bombshell Angel)....
I loved this challenge, I've done several black and white color challenges and they've been a load of fun. I thought she looked very much like the ol Bride of Frankenstein movie - especially since she's in black and white. But she's still elegant! A girl's gotta have her bling, even if she is pieces parts. I colored her with C1, C3, C5, C7 and C9. I embossed some white cardstock with a burlap embossing folder and cut it into strips so it looked more "mummyish".
Now it's your turn. Check out all the lovely Bombshell blogs and leave some love. You could win a set of stamps! Christine is next on the hoppity list.

Until Next Time,
Wonderful job. Love the way you did the texture and have it look like wrap on the card front. Very creative!
ReplyDeleteFabulous Jodi!!
ReplyDeleteJodi...this is really great! Alex is spot on--those textured "wrappings" are the PERFECT touch on this card. I'm gonna have to borrow this idea. <3
ReplyDeleteStunning! Clear and elegant..wonderful!
ReplyDeleteOh this is beautiful, I love the way you did the papers with the embossing folders. Gorgeous! :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely positively awesome. Love the echo of bandages using the embossing folder and all the shades of black and grey.
ReplyDeleteFabulous job coloring her in grayscale.
ReplyDeleteI love the textured burlap mummy wrap. It adds the perfect spooky touch.
